3. Account Obligations & Security
Once your www ck444 account is active, you assume full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. The following obligations apply to all account holders at all times:

General Bonus Conditions:

- Game Results: All game results produced by certified RNG software are final. www ck444 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the round will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance.

8. Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your www ck444 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before processing a voluntary closure, we will confirm your identity and ensure that any remaining real-money balance is returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances are not returned on voluntary closure unless the associated wagering requirement has already been met.

Permanent Closure by www ck444: In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, identity falsification, or repeated violation of these Terms, www ck444 reserves the right to permanently close the account, void all balances, and take such further action as is legally available to us. The account holder will be notified of permanent closure by email to their registered address.
Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. www ck444 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after the 12-month threshold has been reached, deducted from the remaining real-money balance. Players are encouraged to contact [email protected] to reactivate a dormant account at any time.
